Our Meals

The dining room is spacious and air conditioned and decorated with paintings by the artist Silvano Lazzarini. It is the ideal setting to sample the wine and food specialties of our cuisine, which is directly overseen by the three Gori sisters.
Our Meals
You will be treated to a pleasant awakening in the morning thanks to a plentiful breakfast buffet which comprises home made cakes and croissants.

Four menus allow you to choose different specialties of the Romagna cuisine and Italian dishes every day, including fresh fish, vegetable buffets, a sweet and dessert buffet, and home made jams and ice cream, all of which contain carefully selected high quality ingredients.

You will be delighted by our magnificent cakes, which are a true Hotel Villa Gori specialty.
Our Meals
We only employ fresh high quality ingredients: extra virgin organic olive oil from the Rimini hills and the Apulia region; home made bread containing organic flour, kamut grain, and wholemeal spelt; home made pasta (tagliatelle, strozzapreti, ravioli, and cappelletti, which are traditional types of pasta from the Romagna region), dishes made with typical products from the surrounding area (fish caught from our sea, meat of Italian provenance, and seasonal fruit and vegetables from the local countryside).

Our wine list offers a vast selection of national and Romagna wines from the best wineries our countryside has to offer, so you will always find the perfect complement to each dish!
